A week in Boston that happened randomly

This has been a crazy week.  When this week started, I had no idea that most of my week would be spent in the hospital but it was.  I was very lucky that with the support of friends and family, this week was much better than it could have been.  While hospitalized, I dropped my I phone into a toilet and it died.  I was able to listen to the Joe Rogan Experience on my computer, much of live on U Stream on my computer.

A former CNN journalist, Amber Lyon was Joe's guest.  She and her co workers at CNN were censored while performing their duties at CNN, reporting in Behrain.  Having been in the area while in Qatar during OIF 1 and having read a little something about Behrain in a National Geographic years ago, I knew a little something about the country. I do know that the United States Armed Services has a huge Navy presence there and that the country can do little wrong as long as they behave as a client state for America.  Ms Lyon had reported on the country of Behrain, which had been and continues to repress their people.  Her documentary was aired once. Amber Lyon was then strong armed by CNN management to report on this area of the world with a new script, one prepared not by open minded, fair and balanced CNN employees and although I am speculating here, the reporting was likely written by CIA News Inc with a News Lite approach, so as not to strain relations with our very important ally in a very delicate part of the world at the moment.  Lyon's crew at CNN was disbanded, her documentary shelved and when CNN management attempted to get Amber Lyon to be a "team player", meaning compromising her journalist integrity, she would not.

Amber's very promising career as an young, beautiful up and coming Investigative journalist at a leading US cable news organization has taken a detour.  It will make her a hero and a martyr in many circles and her story will bring the awareness of of the NDAA, which is nothing short of censorship in this post 9/11 madness that America and world finds itself in at the present moment.  Joe Rogan did one of his great 3 hour long, hard hitting, heartfelt podcast with Amber as his host and it was one of his bed podcasts! I know this because I have listened to all of Rogan's podcasts!  It is because of episodes like this one that I am such a huge fan.
I was discharged out of the hospital and I went to a friends house and watched some UFC fighting on FX. There were some great fights and this missing link looking bad ass Brazilian beat up a very good opponent, it was a great night of fights with the aforementioned being the main event.
Former Howard Stein co host Artie Lange has a very manly sports and entertainment podcast which made my time in the hospital more bearable.  As did my enrollment to Enigma TV subscription.  There is a huge amount of esoteric documentaries in subject matters which interest me provided hours of entertainment while being bedridden at the hospital.
Gary Johnson used to be a Republican and I liked him as a politician and I never had an issue with him being a Republican because he is the type of Republican's who I like, one who is for personal liberty, one who loves his country and believes in fiscal responsibility.  As Governor of New Mexico, he endorsed the VA allowing Vets with PTSD to use Medical Marijuana to treat NM's combat Vets and even got the VA on board to have an open mind for this type of treatment.  I heard Mr Johnson on Alex Jones and after that, a number of U Tube clips.  After listening to him on Alex Jones, I was sold on who I was going to vote for this fall for the next President!  He represents many of the views that I hold passionately!  Not since I voted for Ronald Reagan (which I did twice), I have been so excited to vote for the person who is the leader of our great country.  Before the election, I will write a researched blog entree on why I think that Gary Johnson is the best choice for President of the United States.  To not get a Gary Johnson into a leadership position in this country and if we allow the corporate bought, pandering and corrupt political parties to get their lackeys in office; our country faces an insane and uncertain future.  The fact that Mr Johnson is not allowed to join the other candidates is shameful.

Now, hello freedom, I am so happy to be out of the hospital! I am off to enjoy this wonderful fall weekend. I love life.  It is very unfortunate that since my last count of those US Armed Forces dying in Afghanistan, (that would be last Wednesday when it was 2113), using the NYT as my reference, two more people have died, bring the number of those killed in action to 2,115, the latest being Marine SGT Camella M. Steedley. RIP, you are not forgotten.

Thanks a lot for being the lecturer on this area. We enjoyed your own article quite definitely and most of all cherished how you handled the issues I widely known as controversial. You happen to be always quite kind towards readers much like me and help me in my lifestyle. Thank you.
